The Everything Report Week 15

Scott Barrett reviews all the fantasy football usage from 2025 NFL Week 14, with everything you need to know for Week 15.

How to navigate the Daniel Jones injury. Daniel Jones is out for the season, QB2 Anthony Richardson is on IR, QB3 Riley Leonard is day-to-day with a knee injury, and the Colts just signed 44-year-old Philip Rivers - who they plan to start this weekend - what is going on??

The Colts will lean on Jonathan Taylor, but he’s gamescript-dependent, averaging 31.5 FPG in wins and 11.7 in losses, making him a mid-range RB1. Pittman is a high-end WR4, Alec Pierce a high-end WR6, and Tyler Warren a low-end TE1. This could be bad…but at least the hit of nostalgia we’ll get from watching Rivers on the field again will be incredible.

Is Shedeur Sanders legit? Shedeur Sanders scored 34.5 fantasy points on 364 yards and four TDs (three passing, one rushing), the 3rd-most by a Browns QB since 1965, but his underlying play was poor. He ranks dead-last in CPOE (-9.3%) and catchable throw rate (67.0%), with a league-high 67% of his yards coming after the catch, and even on Sunday posted -5.8% CPOE and 74.2% YAC%, ranking worst and 2nd-highest among all 48 300-yard passing games this season.

The main factor was the Titans’ weak pass defense, the league’s biggest pass funnel since Week 7 (+8.9%), allowing the 3rd-most FPG to QBs (23.6) and ranking 3rd-worst in ANY/A (7.91), while facing Purdy, Mahomes, and Shough over the next three weeks. The jury is still out on Sanders.

Saquon might win championships. If you’re a team that made the playoffs that also rosters Saquon…you might be in a golden scenario. He scored 18.2 fantasy points Monday, posting his first 30+ yard run since Week 8 while handling nearly all Eagles’ rush attempts. Lane Johnson is out Week 15, but he’s likely back Week 16 - and when he does come back, the Eagles’ run game could return to top-3 efficiency.

His fantasy playoff matchups vs. the Raiders, Commanders, and Bills rank among the top-10 easiest, making him a top-6 option this week with huge blowup potential and a $7,100 DFS target. It’s been tough…but you may be rewarded soon enough when it matters most.

Week 15 Starts/Sits

Graham Barfield lists the stats you need to help make your toughest lineup decisions for Week 15.

Start Terry McLaurin. The target volume will consolidate around McLaurin and Samuel now that Zach Ertz (knee) has been lost for the season. McLaurin projects as an upside WR2 again. Over his last four games, McLaurin has 16/265/2 receiving (13.6 PPR FPG). The Giants are allowing the fifth-most FPG to opposing outside wide receivers.

Start Jakobi Meyers. He’s emerged as the Jaguars top receiver, earning 27%, 20%, 22%, and 29% of the targets over the last month. He’s just a professional WR who is almost always in the right spot for his QB, which is something this offense sorely lacked before the trade. Meyers has turned his good volume into very solid production, turning his 28 targets into 19/243/3 receiving (15.6 PPR FPG).

Start Luther Burden. Has led the Bears in targets in back-to-back games, albeit with just 17% of the looks…but we’re on the cusp of a breakout game. Burden leads Chicago in receiving over their last five games (17/224) and Odunze is still dealing with an injury. This is an ideal matchup for Burden against this Browns defense that deploys single-high safety coverage on 67% of opponents' dropbacks. Burden is crushing single-high looks to the tune of 3.09 YPRR (WR7).

Sit David Montgomery. His role has been reduced over the last month. Montgomery has not played more than 39% of the snaps since Week 10. In this four-game stretch, he has just 25/137/2 rushing. This is the Gibbs show as of late…only play Montgomery if you have to.

Sit Oronde Gadsen. Last week was a tough matchup for Gadsden against the Eagles athletic LB/S group. With the Chiefs playing more man coverage as of late, this is just a tough schematic matchup overall. Gadsden averages significantly more YPRR when facing zones (2.51) compared to man coverage (0.68 YPRR).

Sit Troy Franklin. He’s fallen off over the last two games with just 5/32 receiving, earning just 7% and 11% of the targets in this span. Maybe his targets bump back up with Pat Bryant out, but this is a tough matchup for Franklin because the Packers hold slot WR to a league-low 40.2 yards per game. He lines up in the slot on nearly half of his routes.

Dallas Cowboys (11%) vs MIN. The Cowboys at home are a strong play against J.J. McCarthy, who has taken four sacks recently and leads the NFL with 11% of dropbacks ending in a sack. Dallas is tied for fifth in quarterback hits, and consistent pressure is likely to force mistakes. Expect the Cowboys’ defense to capitalize, potentially with a pick-six, per Drake’s Week 15 Streaming D/STs.

Chase explosion incoming? Ja’Marr Chase is the top pay-up WR this week, facing a Ravens defense that allows the 6th-most schedule-adjusted FPG to opposing WRs (+4.8) and deploys single-high looks at the 3rd-highest rate in the NFL (60.3%). Chase thrives against single-high coverage, averaging 26.9 DraftKings FPG and 110.0 receiving YPG in 10 games over the past two years with >50% single-high rate, including three 40+ DK-point performances. While Tee Higgins also benefits, Chase’s ceiling and efficiency make him a must-have standalone play, per Heath’s Week 15 Advanced Matchups.

All Systems Go! Lions WR Jameson Williams vs Rams DBs. This game features the highest projected total of the year (55.5) and a favorable matchup for perimeter WRs. Over the last five weeks, the Rams have allowed the 4th-most FPG and schedule-adjusted FPG to perimeter WRs, with five touchdowns allowed, tied for 2nd-most with the Lions. Jamo crushed the Rams last year (5/121/1) and has gone over his low-60s receiving prop in five of his last six games, making him a clear WR1 this week, per Dolan’s Week 15 WR/CB Fantasy Matchups.

Market Trends

Trends, Sleepers, Breakouts & more

Dalton Kincaid // Matt Durisko, AP

Welcome back, Dalton Kincaid. He returned from a three-game absence to post 4/41/1 on 5 targets (18%) with a 42% route share, continuing his boom-or-bust trend (14.1+ FP five times, ≤7.7 FP in three of four other games). The Patriots allow the 11th-most receiving YPG (60.7) and sixth-most receptions per game (6.1) to TEs, while deploying Cover 3 (26.8%) and Cover 1 (23.8%) on 50.6% of plays - coverages he averages 3.31 YPRR and .25 TPRR against on 80 routes. Kincaid previously exploded for 6/108 receiving vs. New England in early October, per Brolley’s 2025 Week 15 Game Hub.

Harold Fannin is turbocharged. Harold Fannin has capitalized on David Njoku’s knee limitations, averaging a 25% target share (~TE1), 65.7 receiving YPG (~TE2), and 15.4 FPG (~TE2) over the past three weeks. This stretch coincides with rookie Shedeur Sanders’ starts, and while recent production was boosted by a game vs. the Titans, the Browns’ upcoming matchups against the Bears, Bills, and Steelers should keep Fannin heavily involved. He’s a clear top-8 TE for the remainder of the season, per Heath’s Five Stats To Know: 2025 Week 14.

Is Blake Corum taking Kyren’s job in 2026? Blake Corum has moved from an elite handcuff into the handcuff-plus/flex tier, offering both contingent upside and legitimate weekly usability after posting 26.1 and 14.1 fantasy points in back-to-back games. A former Michigan star and third-round pick in 2024, his injury-marred rookie season and Kyren Williams’ extension stalled his dynasty hype…but recent performances have reignited optimism for the rest of this season and reopened the conversation about his long-term role in Los Angeles, per Gremminger’s Dynasty Market Report: Week 15.

🟢 Best Playoff Schedules

  • Saquon Barkley: He has been a buy-low based on schedule, and it paid off with a strong rushing performance in Week 14. He should keep it rolling over the next three weeks vs. LV (26.8), at WAS (33.8), and at BUF (27.5), especially with Lane Johnson expected back, setting up December 2025 to mirror his dominant 2024 run.

  • Devin Neal: Alvin Kamara is likely to be shut down for the remainder of the season, allowing the team to evaluate Neal while addressing other offseason needs with Kamara signed through 2026. Neal is heating up with 33/117/1 rushing over the last two weeks without contributions from Taysom Hill, and his upcoming schedule sets up well for volume vs. Carolina (30.1), the Jets (31.2), and at Tennessee (17.4).

  • Travis Kelce: If the Chiefs make a late-season resurgence, Travis Kelce is the most likely centerpiece, aided by a favorable tight end schedule vs. the Chargers (13.6), at the Titans (16.2), and vs. the Broncos (20.3).

šŸ”“ Worst Playoff Schedules

  • Drake Maye: He has been excellent all season and could remain productive given a manageable schedule, but a slight slowdown would not be surprising. His next three opponents allow limited production vs. Buffalo (14.8), at Baltimore (15.3), and at the Jets (13.0).

  • Jonathan Taylor: The team replaced Daniel Jones with Philip Rivers (who’s actually a real grandfather) and Jonathan Taylor faces a less-than-ideal upcoming slate based on the numbers. His next matchups include at Seattle (16.9), vs. San Francisco (24.2), and vs. Jacksonville (15.8).

  • Brock Bowers: He is unlikely to receive strong quarterback play, whether it’s Geno Smith or Kenny Pickett, and his next three matchups are difficult at Philadelphia (11.3), at Houston (9.0), and vs. the Giants (9.5).

šŸ’ø Best Bets

  • Juwan Johnson over 36.5 receiving yards (-110, Bet365). He’s cleared 38+ yards in six of his last seven games and now gets a Panthers defense that runs Cover 3 at the third-highest rate, where he averages 1.70 YPRR and a .23 TPRR. Carolina also allows the sixth-most receiving yards and 11.8 YPR to tight ends, and he already burned them for 4/92/1 in Week 10, per Brolley’s Best Bets Week 15.

  • Must play TD Props per Kelley’s Paul’s Props and Touchdowns: Week 15:

    • RJ Harvey (+130, FD)

    • Chris Rodriguez
